Current Services Status - Dronelogix is Fully Operational Across Texas (Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston).


DroneLogix, LLC values our role of being a trusted partner with our customers, while also ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, contractors and the communities in which we live and operate.  In response to COVID-19 and the quickly evolving landscape, we wanted to be transparent about our efforts to ensure we continue to meet our commitments to you, our customer.

First, let us say that our thoughts are with all of those affected by the virus. To those who are ill, or have loved ones battling this infection, we wish you and yours a speedy recovery. For those who have experienced loss, please accept our heartfelt sorrow and condolences.  Much like you, we’re continuously monitoring the evolution of this situation as we balance safety with business continuity.

We have established monitoring and protocols to do our part to adapt to and comply with local, county, regional, State and Federal recommendations and any applicable restrictions in the areas in which we operate.  We have taken necessary steps to safeguard our employees, protect our customers, and maintain continuous services.  All employees and team members have been directed to follow general good health measures including frequent hand washing, social distancing, self-monitoring and have been equipped with the necessary supplies and trained to disinfect and regularly clean equipment, devices, and vehicles.  Our team members are now working from home, except when needed at a customer location.  All of our systems are online and remain accessible to our remote users.  We continue to closely monitor the very latest information from a number of sources, including but not limited to, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), medical experts, local, regional and state government agencies, and our customers.

At this point in time, we are not experiencing any interruption to our ability to serve our customers throughout Texas.  Further, many of our services meet the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA - cisa.gov) critical infrastructure sector classifications, allowing us to continue serving those sectors, in spite of some county shelter in place/stay at home orders.  Our commitment and investment in developing and providing process-driven, safe, dependable services, supported by an unwavering commitment to quality, allow for repeatability and redundancies across DroneLogix’s footprint, making DroneLogix uniquely equipped to adapt during this challenging time.

DroneLogix requests that all customers notify us in the event of customer operations disruption and help to prioritize services if the need arises. The safety of our people, customers, partners and suppliers, as always, is our primary focus.
